Why is it very important to improve blood circulation in our body and how can we
achieve it?

One of the key pillars for the acquisition and maintenance of an excellent health condition is proper blood circulation.
A healthy body is essentially what the various organs work properly.
For their proper functioning, the organs need oxygen. Since oxygen is then provided through the blood that reaches the various organs through the vessels, it is extremely important that the blood flow to our body is unobstructed and continuous.
Proper blood flow, keeps the body healthy, helps in faster healing of wounds, maintains our brain prosper and gives a healthy look to our skin.

So how can we improve blood circulation?
The truth is that we can do a lot to improve our body's bloodshed. Medicine may have evolved very much in recent years and give us solutions even when we have a degree to "observe", but the prevention and adoption of "healthy" behaviors protects us much more effectively.
For example:
1) Drinking black and green tea: These herbags contain antioxidants, which can help increase the range of blood vessels and help the body pump blood more efficiently.
2) Cardiovascular Exercise: Exercises such as walking, running or cycling and stretching can enhance our circulatory system.
3) Avoid smoking: Smoking restricts oxygen from reaching the organs and tissues and inhibits blood flow, which in turn destroys the walls of the blood vessels and can even lead to accumulated atherosclerotic plaque.
4) Taking iron supplements: People with anemia are good to take iron supplements in their daily lives (after consultation with their treating physician). Iron supplements improve the number of red blood cells in our blood.
5) Floating acids in the diet: Omega-3 fatty acids in the diet can help improve blood circulation (eg tuna, sardines and salmon).
6) Compression socks: Compression socks tend to push the legs, helping blood vessels (veins, lymph vessels) to push blood through the body to the heart. They are therefore useful in reducing edema and can benefit women in pregnancy or patients with venous insufficiency.
7) Special dietary tips : For example, cayenne pepper can help reduce blood pressure and stimulate the release of vasodilators such as nitrogen monoxide, which will help promote blood flow. Also fruits such as pomegranate and citrus fruits
can reduce inflammation in the body by reducing stiffness in the arteries and improving blood flow.
